Dreams and Jobs is the data controller. The founder owns the brand, the product, the assessment, and your account.

We store your email, name, country, answers, constraints and report. We use this information to deliver the product you paid for and improve matching. We do not sell your answers.

Our database is hosted in the United States (Amazon Web Services, Ohio region) by Netlify’s database service, which runs on Neon. Our hosting providers (Netlify and Neon) protect transfers of personal data from the EU and UK to the US under their data processing agreements, using the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (with the UK addendum for UK data). You can request a copy or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@dreamsandjobs.com.

Under-18s take Dreams only through a parent account. The parent is the account holder. We do not knowingly create accounts directly for children.

Legal basis: contract (to deliver the report), legitimate interest (to keep the catalogue honest) and consent (marketing emails).

Marketing emails

We only send you marketing emails if you tick the box to say yes when you sign up or buy. These are occasional emails with tips on choosing courses and work, and news about Dreams and Jobs. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time. Unsubscribing does not affect your report or the emails we need to send about your account or purchase. We never sell your email address.
