How can half an hour tell you this much?

The Compass is not a personality quiz that gives you a four-letter type and sends you on your way. It looks at three different parts of you and combines them into one picture.

1. What draws you

   The subjects, problems, activities and types of work you naturally gravitate towards.

2. How you work

   How you think, make decisions, deal with people, approach structure and pressure, and the conditions in which you tend to do your best work.

3. What your real life allows

   For students, that includes education and course choices. For adults, it includes experience, salary expectations, qualifications, geography and the practical realities that make some career changes sensible and others unrealistic.

We then match that complete picture to real courses or jobs in your country.

   Choose what you want help with

   Choose Dream Courses if you’re deciding what to study. Choose Dream Jobs if you’re trying to understand where your career should go next.

2. 02

   Choose your Compass

   Dream Courses costs €50. Dream Jobs costs €100. No subscription. No ongoing fees.

   Take The Compass

   Set aside around fifteen to eighteen minutes. Answer questions about what a week is for, how you like to work, week conditions, everyday tastes (short), and a thin school bit. There are no “right” answers. Answer as you actually are — not as you think you should be.

   Discover where you fit

   Your personalised results show you: your Compass profile, five core strengths, five important watch-outs, real courses or careers to take seriously, options we believe you should approach with caution, and clear next steps you can take immediately. You can read everything online and download your personalised report as a PDF.
